My goal is to provide you with ways to promote a more balanced, expansive way of living. I draw from psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral theories offering extensive training and practical applications as well as a strong spiritual base. I am deeply respectful of how difficult and painful making sense of things can be. I believe as we gain awareness, we begin to recognize that we have options. We can choose to practice new responses and to do things differently. We are free to be more generous with ourselves and to lead our lives with intention.
