Personal Statement:
I see clients of all ages and cultural backgrounds. In your sessions we may talk about how your history has shaped your thoughts, feelings, experiences, health and relationships in the present. We may explore patterns and conflicts outside of your immediate awareness, so you can develop an understanding of your self, and the freedom to make changes in your life. The length and form of our work will depend on your unique needs.
Children don’t yet have the verbal skills of adults so I work with them through play and art therapy techniques. I work with parents too and I may coordinate with schools, doctors and other professionals in order to develop a complete picture of each child’s unique resources and challenges.
