Welcome! We are a group of independent practitioners who created the website FindACounselor.net in 2002 to have a professional web presence and to provide a therapist listing service for the Puget Sound area.

We accept as members, Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists and Social Workers, Licensed Psychologists, Psychiatrists, ARNP's and Certified Chemical Dependency Counselors.

To become a member, follow the steps below:

  1. Complete the application.
  2. Make payment ($325 annual fee) via PayPal or check.
  3. Send a copy of your professional license and insurance cover page ($1,000,000 / $1,000,000 minimum limits) and payment (if not using PayPal or a credit card) to:

  4. We will contact you when your application is received to answer any additional questions.
  5. When payment, license, and insurance are received, your information will be posted on the website. This should occur within 2 weeks of receiving your information.
  6. Please note that all applications are subject to review. Applications received without subsequent payment and required license and insurance will not be reviewed.
